Itchy scratchy help quick please

Thanks everyone. I didn't get to see her (I fell down the stairs to avoid it ), but I telephoned her and she said it had almost gone. She spent all evening with a bag of frozen mixed vegetables on it (she said the peas were open so she didn't want to get them all over the place ). It must have taken the heat out of it. She's fine today.

What about live yoghurt ? I've used this on sunburn to take the heat down (just tell her to wash it off otherwise you develop a slight cheesey whiff!)

That was one of the first things I suggested Bagpuss, but she doesn't "do" yoghurt!
