Mine was Blackberry Way by the Move. Just noticed the very apt title

Oh happy days, The Wall, I saw it live in London when the album was first released, with the love of my life - and still have the programme!

The Smurfs and Father Abraham. Thankfully I have a) forgotten the name of the song and b), lost the record.

But if I hear it again might just cut me heart out wi'a spoon!

Good choice and cool track Zebedee...
            Let's go diggin' dirt....

Big silver bird, come land low and slow
Cut your engines, cool your wings,
            You've taken me home...

I love the Laughing Gnome - do you think David Bowie is proud of it?

Probably the Donny Osmond / Puppy Love one too! Indeed he is wearing well.

First number one I remember was Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep.

Most recent 7" single I bought (ok, OH paid for it) was last week and is Strange Love by the Everlys - wanted the Micky and Sylvia version but can't find it anywhere.

I cant remember .Honest I've been racking my brain (wasn't much so it didnt take long)and I cant remember.
First Album would have been Queen -The Game around 1980 But cant think of a single.
There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it in your future.

What is it with Donny Osmond? I wonder if there is a link with libraries and constipation cures?

I must confess, it was the Bay City Rollers - Bye Bye Baby. My friend and I must have been fans, I think we even had the chopped off tartan trousers
