          I'm doing the c25k and week four takes me to 2 miles of which it is intervals of run/walk - the longest stint of running I've done thus far is a measly five minutes - but I'm very pleased with my progress.

          Today was:
          run 3 mins
          walk 90 secs
          run 5 mins
          walk 2 mins
          run 3 mins
          walk 90 secs
          run 5 mins
          ...the walk stints are carried out at an 'almost' run

          ....I'm all glowing now
