Today is the day.
Is any one trying it out?

We're off to a tasting tonight- should be interesting, cos I've never tasted one I've really liked before- although I do enjoy 'normal' Beaujolais .

Any tips to look out for?

( and nope- I shall NOT be spitting it out!)

The only thing I was told about wine tasting was to avoid eating anything with either a strong flavor or any after-taste at all (cellar sampling on Madeira)

Ignorance...that was a luxury to the idoitic. We wandered around wondering what it was like to have ignorance.
