Its a Fordson Dexter with a ford V6 engine fitted.
I've got a 1948 Grey Ferguson (Fergie) T20 petrol/paraffin but mine holds up the traffic rather than overtaking it.
I once overtook a cyclist though!

No point in having a tractor if you can't hold up traffic. They are the ultimate in traffic calming devices. Forget Sleeping Policemen, bring out the tractors.Comment
