Now, where were we? Oh yes, the Pompiers had departed, the Ladies had started consoling themselves with a warm tipple and CAAAAAAKE, and the Fellas had regained their calm, and resumed the Panto planning, whilst congregated in the back room of the Gardener's Rest.

Meanwhile, Snadger, wearing nothing but a lime green Mankini had decided to take a dip in the Village pond, despite its sub-zero temperature, and was now trying to restore both colour, and feeling, to certain appendages, ably assisted by Feefs and Nickers, who were needing of a soul to erm... 'comfort' since the departure of said Pompiers...
