So, we sold about 80 jars of jam/marmalade/jelly and curd. We sold out of several flavours completely. The surprise favourite was Mango and Cardamom, with Red Plum and Cardamom and Rhubarb and Vanilla coming closely second.
We priced at £2 per jar, or 3 for £5. Several people bought 6 or more jars!
We had little pieces of brioche out, and 4 different 'taster' pots open (of the more interesting flavours). Experience was that if they tasted it, they bought it!
There was more interest in the more unusual flavours than the 'plain' jams and marmalades.

.........yup peeps like to go with things a bit different from the usual strawberry etc......Well done..tell the Mr he'll get the taste for it , my OH has .
