  • Imagine the panic!

Took a call from my mum last week, just chatting about various bits and bobs - then at the end of the conversation she said, oh, by the way, did you know Leanne's (my cousin) pregnant?

    I didn't.

    "Guess the due date"

    "I can't, when?"

    "December 22nd"

She found out on the 1st.

3 weeks to organise what took us 6 months!!

    I can't imagine the panic!

Not sure - haven't managed to speak to her yet. I understand she's a bit embarrassed, but I'm certain the scan photos have sorted that out.

I know my auntie is knitting like mad!

For not noticing sooner I think. She's been on a diet, and everyone close to her just thought she was struggling to shed weight. A friend asked if she was sure she wasn't pregnant - which upset her. However, it did prompt her to get a test. The rest as they say...
