Signs of Spring?

the parsely never died, it's almost to flowering stage, and the rosemary is in flower too.

I have one snowdrop, three aconites, a primrose, and a small daphne in flower, and a lot of the garden birds are singing territorial songs.

At my lottie yesterday I noticed bluebells, narcissi and tulips poking through. Parsley is thriving and a small branch of my blackberry bush is about to flower. No sign of my rhubarb though and it didn't do very well last year so maybe the conditions are not right for it. Or I killed it. There are about 4 cherry blossom trees on our road in full bloom and have been since before Christmas.

I've got my first iris in full flower, two primroses that don't know what they're doing, pulmonaria flowering both at home and the allotment, and last year's marigolds are still going!

Oh well, after having no summer, I suppose it's fair enough to not have a winter either.

I have snowdrops , parsley is still growing , asparagus is pushing up shoots and my rhubarb and....my gazanias never died off in fact they are putting up new buds.......If we get some really bad weather now everything is going to get slaughtered

Spot on Binner's, I also like a few good hard frosts as I believe it helps control some of our pests.

Birds going mad in the garden today sounded great. Leaves up on bulbs but no flower heads. Dug up some huge slugs today just about ready for their first luch

Cherry - could it be Prunus Subhirtella Autumnalis....sorry for poor spelling, this starts to flower in the Autumn and carries on into spring.
Early Flowers - on 'one' of this mornings stories on 'one' news television channel, they were talking about this very subject, showed snowdrops and daffodils, but also what looked very much like Viburnham Bobnatense... this is also a late Autumn to spring flowering plant so quite normal for this time of year.
Rhubarb has hand sized leaves on 9" ish stalks. I have Honeysuckle in flower still, and petunias still actively growing outside!!!! strawberries in flower, also outside! however on the flip side my Hamamelis is NOT yet flowering and it would normally look a picture now.....
Question is..... Garlic, they say needs a cold spell to help split the cloves (so to speak) My garlic planted in early November have not had even one really cold day yet!!! I wonder what they will be like when I harvest them?????

ps next doors have a few annual sweet peas still green and growing!!!! wow

pps - My girls over wintered well last year - very very cold -12 on several days
dreading looking in hives - I fear for them.... warm enough to fly- but no real food yet, these early flowers will be a blessing thank goodness- my Hellebores are flowering too.
BBKA bee loss stats will be interesting this year - I fear.
