5 years - 5 flippin years - we've been hassled by Countrywide to let them quote us for a mortgage, trying to book an appt with us. So, as our rate is coming up for renewal in a few months we book an appt.

And do they show up?

Do they heck.

Lazy, inconsiderate office workers who can't be 'rsed to use their own secure carpark cos it's too far to walk and the road is bumpy (!!!) so take up the few parking spaces we have (and park badly as well) ....
Coventry council who seem to have passed plans for a junction change that we weren't informed about before the planning meeting, and have used plans from the developers that don't even show our houses ......when asked about the rubbish plans I was told ..oh they must have been drawn from maps before your houses were built. EXCOOOSE ME ...how old are these maps ???? our house was built about 100yrs ago before their bladdy road was there
Developers who think they can do what the chuff they like with total disregard for others ......

oh and just for the record ......Coventry Council Traffic management in their wisdom have decided to turn certain junctions in the city centre into free spaces ie no road markings, signs or traffic lights . No-one has priority and they say it means its safer ........well hello two bad accidents involving pedestrians withing 24 hrs says otherwise ......

Virgin Media sent me email yesterday saying that they were going to upgrade my broadband to 100mb and reduce monthly cost, received another email from them today to say I'd been sent the email in error and they not upgrading my broadband!

Incompetent Mortgage advisor, who has done NOTHING about our application of a month ago, and has the cheek to give us a load of old flannel when we chased him. He then promised to make some calls, and get straight back to us. Then didn't. When (if) he calls back, he will be told we've gone elsewhere. PILLOCK!
