Minor Rant Thread part 5

Receiving a letter from a debt collection agency for a parking ticket we received before xmas from a private parking company.

Chuffin' dog .........won't let me play in the gh by myself. He keeps opening the door trying to get in . Then he pinches two plant pots to kill (attention seeking ) .....Won't stay in the house by himself if I'm outside just whines at the back door . I've given up now , come in and he's settled down asleep in his bed

To the idiot driver we encountered on the school run: would you run up to small children and old ladies in the street and throw a bucket of dirty water over them? No? Well then it's not funny, big or clever to deliberately swerve into puddles to achieve the same effect, is it?

I truly don't want to belong to the tedious 'why oh why' school of ranting but I see stuff like this from motorists all the time. I know there are loads of good, considerate drivers but so many people seem to think that just because they're in a tin box on wheels they can be as rude, selfish and inconsiderate as they like. I seriously doubt that even a tiny fraction of them would behave like that face to face.

Had a phone call today from DWP telling me that my benefits had stopped and was I aware of this.
Told them yes i was aware. They then asked what was i going to do, told them in no uncertain terms that they could stick their benefits up their collective backsides and put phone down.
Not a happy bunny.

Overweight dietician telling us (we've lost three stones between us) that we're doing it all wrong. Only thing we have done after £5 in parking charges and an hour's wait, is justify her existence. Bet she writes in her records that her patient (the BH) is doing excellently - but it won't be due to any advice she's given out. Pah!

Sort of a rant..maybe not...my sister just lost her father in law. He was in hospital with a broken hip, everyone thought he was getting better. He just dropped dead in his bed. Like a light gone out.

Misleading job secreted. Thought I'd got one as a self employed teacher for existing classes, turns out it is a franchise and. I need to find the classes myself.

Realising that my lovely granson's birthday will be one near to, and will probably have his party/celebration on the weekend of, the lottie show. Every year!

Depending on how the day falls in the week, it might clash with the city show, which is normally the following weekend.

Did you have to be two weeks late?
