In what G4! We only have a very small yard that is for cows, so cover is too low for horses. And the old grey mare winds all the geldings up (specially if she is in season). So it will be bread and carrots in the paddock early tomorrow. Have headstalls on two of them (the other two would spend half the night rubbing them off on trees which makes them hard to find) I think the farrier is sane enough not to talk to me until after the coffee is drunk. He's not a silly man. Ali

So frustrated!!
I am absolutely passionate about my chosen career path (PA/EA) and am very much an advocate for the profession, and a big believer in 'upskilling' yourself etc..
I am currently in a temp post, acting as a 50% PA and 50% Administrator, and I would love to be back in a full time, perm role as a PA.
The person I am working with is lovely, and I get on with her a lot. She is the Director's PA (and not much older than me).
We just had a chat (which started off being about minute-taking) and she said that she is very embarassed about being a PA, hates the job and wants to do something else. She says she will often lie if anyone asks her what she does for a living, as she feels embarassed about 'only being a PA'...
I am so frustrated - there is someone in a good job, with a great firm; who would rather be doing anything else but that; and I am dying for her job!! Argh!!

As you can see I'm very new to this but had to tell someone how annoyed I am with Thompson & Morgan, just ordered what I thought was a load of bargain seeds costing £5.03 including delivery for 7 packets of seeds! It was only when I looked at confirmation after ordering that they've charge me an extra £3.15, none of the seeds were reduced, all full price. I know it's only £3 but I wouldn't have ordered them of they'd been £8. I've been back on and sure enough the stuff in my basket comes to £5.03 including £1.95 delivery. Very misleading and I won't be using them again. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes it was my first order from them. I agree that they'll prob sort it out but it doesn't give me much confidence to use their website again. I ordered from D.T Brown yesterday and had no problems with their website so I think it'll just be lesson learned in future.
