DH went out in the garden with the big reflecting tube, and I stayed on the couch and learnt about tidal bulge.

I enjoyed the tidal bulge bit, it takes a bit of lateral thinking to consider that its actually the land moving away from the sea not the tide going in and out. I didn't see it all, but I enjoyed some of what I watched.
