Now my memory is playing tricks - I am sure I reported Stanford some days ago for this but I see I couldn't have! Deja vue!

Standford is your pusher Steve......wait a minute.....did you say your memory was affected by your drugs? You need to stop taking that stuff Standford is supplying. Just say No.

I missed Standford too, but I'm rather glad I did! I'm pretty good at remembering things if they're important. If I forget trivia, well, it doesn't matter does it? I do use aide memoire in the form of diaries (electronic and hard copy) and I make lists sometimes, but as others have said, an active mind exercises the memory.Granny on the Game in Sheffield

It's Rosemary for memory, I sometimes use a few drops of essential oil in bath water, but Ginko Gihoba or something like that is well known for inproving memory and concentration see your local health food shop. Do something mentally challenging every day and if you can exercise it improves your oxygen uptake too, even if it's lifting your arms up and down until you get slightly breathless-you with then find you can increase the amount of times you do them as time progresses
