.......we have limited planting space for extra things (space is set aside for growbags, tubs etc with salad, tomatoes, beans, soft fruits) we want to plant.
This year's 'extras' are chosen to help our stir-fry addiction - we got the Wagamama Noodle book for Christmas - and include;
French Breakfast Radishes (French Grapes, do they really eat radish for breakfast in France, and if so, how do they eat them? If I eat radish for impromptu breakfast it's on my way around the garden at dawn in my nighty in the Summer)
Red Samurai Carrots, to add colour to noodle dishes.
French Beans Cosse Violet, ditto.
Thai Basil, for extra flavour and Thai based recipes.
And then some yellow Alpine Strawberries because I love them, and some Kong F1 Monster Sunflowers for fun!
Anyone planting anything unusual?
Jules
