Hi! I have been away for months now, good to be back. I have moved house twice, been to the middle east, worked some horrendously long hours at work and not done much on my allotment in-between. But ho hum, such is life. I hope you are all good
Anyone here doing/done the RHS level 2? I have my protected environments exam in two weeks (day after my birthday - eek!) and there are a few bits I am unsure about. My tutor is going to look them up for next week but I am quite keen to get my head round it now. So much to learn!!
Anyway, can anyone tell me:
benefits and limitations of polycarbonate and polyethylene film? (can't find much online that isn't trying to sell, rather than tell me about it!)
what the difference is in the concentration of atmospheric gases (especially Co2) indoors and outdoors (before you have done any environmental co2 enrichment)...I have no idea on this one!
We did a past paper exam, and it was difficult - my knowledge is there, but the way the RHS words questions is very tricky. We all got caught out on a table to list differences between indoor and outdoor factors such as co2 levels, light, air movement etc - a lot of us wrote how the protected environment can be manipulated, but it was asking for the differences before changes are made, not the effects changes would have. (if that makes sense!) Bah.
Any help/advice/tips greatly recieved. I have done many, many exams (uni graduate) and that doens't bother me, but the wording of their quiestions is very picky and I am finding it hard to interpret.
