I've had a quick look but none seem to be local. It has given me the idea to pop an ad in some local shops though.

Not sure how household 'public liability' works with doing that sort of thing as a job, and I suspect it wouldn't cover anything going wrong TO the dog.....Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.Comment

You do need insurance if you are walking/sitting animals for someone else... you also need some sort of permission/contract signed about what the arrangements are (i.e. if you're going to have a key to someone's house, what happens if the dog has an accident whilst being walked etc)Comment
