Im starting to feel a bit summery

the first line up for the cambridge folk festival i go to most years, have just come out:

come july with a bit of luck ill be sat in a big field with joan armatrading and the proclaimers amongst other fabulous acts serenading me eeeeeekkkkkkk!!!!

I started to feel a bit Summery as I watched the rain melt away the snow.....only for my mum to tell me there's more on the way

Haven't been to a festival since having the kiddies, but have fond memories....and yep, even if it's a Summer in wellies, it's a definate thing to look forward too.

Last festival I did was Reading 2003.

I am starting to feel good again, the sun is higher in the sky, it's much lighter in the evenings - love it!

It's much lighter in the mornings now and I find that cheers me up. That and the snowdrops.

We didn't get any snow, but to make up for it, we have had a couple of days of real Spring sunshine and the mornings had that smell to them. That sort of warm, fresh, green-is-on-it's-way type of smell. It gives you that hopeful feeling.

And, Saturday last, when we went for a drive in the car, was beautiful, the sunshine through the window was so nice!
