    Ooooh, we're stuck!

I was indeed gardening, more muggy than sunny. A few little showers from three onward. Got some bits done though.

Sun is out now but I'm in - getting ready to go out in the car.
Whooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

Hi Di and Jeanie, welcome back to the Slimline thread. I wish I could shed so much weight so quickly!

Have you been this way Jeanie? Sorry, with work and other stuff I've been a little disorganised with any extras.

          Hi, VC.

I haven't got as far as Suffolk yet, Di. I have also been totally disorganised... by even my low standards!
The lottie needs some serious work before I lose the plot literally.

I'm at home, stuffing my face with food, surfing the Vine.

Hi again Thelma, did you finish those biscuits? If you haven't watch out, Snohare's hungry! Welcome both!!

Glad to see you all checking in to the new thinner thread! Hope you're all keeping ok and having better weather than us here in Wales. It's been lashing all day, should be filling those reservoirs by now.

Hmmm...a thinner thread...but not for long if biscuits are involved !
Yours are safe from me however, as they undoubtedly contain gluten - although I am notorious, particularly with Jaffa Cakes, for sniffing the box. (When you cannot eat something, sometimes it is the aroma of it that you learn to love, rather than the taste. In my experience, anyway.)

Gluten free cakes on sale at the Plant Fair today. I could have brought some for you to the tea party.
Snohare, do you like the smell of chocolate mint? I've just remembered that I have/had some and can't remember where I planted it!! Must go on a sniff trail tomorrow.

(Homer Simpson drooling voice) Hmm, chocolate mint...must visit little sister, steal plants...
I was at a conservation project recently at Craigievar Castle where one of the other volunteers very kindly brought along a gluten-free cake. Despite being deglutenised herself, she insisted I eat it ALL...I was happy to oblige !
My family used to say I had hollow legs...then they decided I had worms...nowadays the concensus is that I am in fact merely the outer casing for one ginormous worm. (A la Doctor Who I suppose, but without the homo sapient dietary tendencies. )
I think it is premature karma - the world's revenge for my youthful days as a Human Crumb Hoover and compulsive Fridge Bandit...
But my labrador Holly would out-compete me no bother, these days.

If you don't mind Snohare, I'd prefer to think of you as a big cuddly bunny to a Ginormous worm! You make yourself sound like a sausage skin, stuffed full of all sorts of rubbish, tussling with Holly for the crumbs.

Yes, of course, absolutely bang on Veggie. Big cuddly bunny - think large/hairy/floppy ears (get in way of eyes) - big round staring eyes - quivering hairy legs, enormous feet with weird toes...! (And that's after I've taken the medication.)
Yes, come to think of it, young Hobbit might feel at home on this thread...

I think you're describing Holly, not you! Maybe you should double up the dosage!
