Sadly I can't get the code to work - was trying to order shallots

I'm not sure if its all shallots ladylottie, I've just clicked through from an email I received and checked whats on offer, the following are included in the deal, Banana, zebrune, camelot, and prisma. Are you putting the code WSE663 into order code or voucher code, it only works in order code, and I'm not sure whether its case sensitive or not.
