Car boot this morning, and I am now the proud owner of a 6" piece of copper pipe. Free!! Just think I was going to offer him 10p too.
Now off to hunt for a pair of pliers to protect my delicate digits.Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you are probably right.

I've noticed the latest asda ones are much larger than the Morrison ones I have. Just planted 4 peas in one, two canes and then plastic support netting wrapped around the caned to provide a sort of cone style trellis (just without the point if you see what I mean..) snapped a couple pea stems in doing so, but these are just for seed saving anyway so may bush out.

B, copper pipe holds less latent heat and therefore works at a slightly lower temperature melting the plastic not burning it.

Well you lot seem to do alright getting flower buckets - I've tried all the stores and they all say they don't sell them
Yesterday it was the turn of Tesco yet again - the reply was "oh we don't sell them, we have to return them, recycling, you know".
So what am I doing wrong then
Ok - I am now on a mission to get at least ten...I WILL get them, I WILL.........Forbidden Fruits make many Jams.

Try your local florists LL - I couldn't get any in asda or tesco either, but my local flower shop gave me ten or so and told me to come back if I want more!

Still, it's cheap and it saves them going into landfill.Forbidden Fruits make many Jams.

YES - Cwmbran Asda came up trumpsWent in and asked a young lad - he said "we don't sell those" so I said someone from my lottie had been in and had some over the weekend and if they only threw them away I would recycle them. Recycle seemed to be the magic word! He said I could have as many as I wanted for free
So not wanting to be greedy I took 10 but will go back for more another time

Help!!! My trolley has been ambushed by Morrison's buckets. I was trundling past, remembering that I already have plenty of buckets, when 2 packs leapt into my trolley and hightailed it to checkout. I knew resistance was futile as there were 14 buckets in each pack of 8, and the numbers overwhelmed me.
So I have 9 small and 19 large buckets to add to my collection.

I've tried two Asda's who wouldn't play ball. I did manage to sweet talk one though; "If you just want one or two when you come in, and we have them, that should be alright".
I still go the Lidls though. Another 12 in assorted sizes on the way home from work.
A friend up the coast gets free ones from the Coop for me too. So no need to line William's (Morrison) pockets.Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you are probably right.
