....right, first get that glass of wine. Take a sip or three gulps and then stop and think. If you were a teacher and a child you were looking after said she'd hurt there, would you look and check? As a mum, if your daughter came home after an incident and told you her teacher said to take her pants down to check...would you be happy?
You do need to call the school and explain all the bruising, just try to do it with a level head.....so maybe spit out that third gulp of wine
Also, if her facial bruising is upsetting her, unless you need to get her back to school because of work....give her Friday off too DD had an insect bite that caused her eye to flare up, she wasn't poorly, but the humiliation she feared persuaded me to keep her home.
