Too much sugar makes me incredibly bad-tempered - I'm talking Medusa here! So I've cut it right out of my diet. When I really crave something sweet, which is very rare these days, I use honey ('cos it's low GI).
I drink waay too much caffeine but I don't like fizzy or squash drinks (too sweet). Only like water and milk when they accompany a tea bag or a spoon of coffee ..never seem to have a problem sleeping either .....
