True, but again it will come down to finances, and ours arent in the position that we can move as yet, perhaps in a year or two, once some of the bills are paid off!

In the meantime it is something we can research and plan, and of course keep waiting for our lotto numbers to come up

It is illegal in the UK - although when you look at some of the job sites (as a recruiter) you can 'search by age' so I guess as with all things, it's never straight forward, clear cut etc.
