I will if I can get the hang of posting on here, Iam usually just on the word processor so to speak. But the short story was The Airman, set in the Lincolnshire fens, during WW2 thence skipping to almost the present day.

Hmmm - sadly my memories come in the form of flashbacks to some bad experiences - especially at night.

When I get like this I mentally plan my allotment! Trouble is I am so tired I find it hard to do the actual work.

Also my memory of good things is sadly deficient! Hopeless.

Remember the brain is a muscle like others in your body, if you dont exercise it, it will wither and die.
So do crosswords, word searches, try to remember plant names, anything every day too keep your mind active.
