A few weeks ago I applied for a new job but as is usual with these things, didn't hear anything, so I thought they weren't interested in me. I then got a phone call out of the blue asking me for an interview, which I went for this afternoon.
It seemed to go well; it's less money than I used to get, but it is above the minimum we need to survive. As a plus, when I said goodbye to one of the interviewers and said I hoped to meet her again
, she said they hadn't interviewed many people which I took as a positive. I have been told that due to the Easter Holidays I might not hear very quickly, but fingers crossed.
