      • I love Parsley sauce...the proper stuff made by bringing milk to a simmer with stalks, peppercorns, slice of onion, bayleaf, nutmeg and allowing to cool. Then add loads of chopped parsley.

        TBH I wasn't sure how well it would do when I first planted it out and I also never realised it would come through the winter. Should seed this year.

        There are a few peeps on our site that I have told to help themselves. It freezes well too.

        Oh and parsley pesto.

        • Parsley pesto? Sounds fab, do you have a recipe to share perchance?
          Spelling errors are my area of expertise. Apologies if my jumbled up mind/words cause offence.
