Some women are indecisive, usually from having spent a lot of time with men who make the decisions for them (whether the woman wants him to or not).
Others are in the habit of making up their own minds!

So is it the mans fault for taking over or the womans for letting him?
Gut instinct.
I work out all the plus and minuses and make a list, then decide based on that, so practical. But....If I say yes..but feel sad as I do it then I still go with my gut and actually say no. If a decision makes you unhappy then it's wrong no matter if it IS the better for finances etc.
Eg We went to look at two houses to rent, one we fell in love with (but were in a big queue of better applicants) the other we both really liked, and were virtually the only ones interested in. With a poor credit rating (mortgage arrears and debts due to illness (me) and self employment (him) in a failing industry) it seemed very little chance of getting the first house. But when we were offered the second I was so miserable as I filled in the forms that I kept putting off posting them.
Lo and behold we actually got offered the second house and are now happily ensconsed there....
good luck
