Variation on the egg-planting theme, my runner beans are germinating in an egg-box (well a few egg boxes) one bean per egg-space. Since we have to buy eggs, might as well find a use for the boxes, instead of simply going to landfill (I don't think our recycling takes them yet). The top of one egg box has 2 courgette seeds put to germinate, one each end.Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.Comment
