Ok - well, as I'm a little calmer that at the weekend - it's about potentially renting a Victorian Greenhouse, and 2 polytunnels, and maybe another plot of land. So, he might not want to rent it - or he might want too much for us to afford - or it might be too dilapidated to use - or he might put limits on when we could use it - it might not have a water supply...etc etc. So many ifs and buts - but hey, if I'm prepared to put in the hard work at least it's being used.

Don't even get me started! - I drove to Coventry today with enough fuel to get me there + about 5 miles, drove in to fill up and - no purse. So had to drive very carefully to meet the group I was working with, in the hope that the teacher could lend me £10 and thankfully she did. Worse case scenario I'd have hopefully made it into work and cadged some cash off one of my colleagues but it's that moment when you think 'OMG where's my purse' and then 'Will it make it until I can find someone I know'?
