It's your fault I now know about it though. I was happy in my blissful ignorance of the cheap water butt that I'm going to have to go and get on Thursday.

I'd like a water butt. I'm tempted, but might have to leave it unfitted until my Dad comes down next time. It will take up space, but the only place it can go is the alleyway. Very tempted. Also, I want the topiary shears or the swivel grass shears for trimming my lavenders.

              And some pork loin chops.

Now BM just stop it!! I've just spent out on two new tyres for my car (MOT due soon) and you go telling me about water butts and other interesting stuff in Aldi.
I might have to go on Thursday - just for a look you understand

The water butt set looks good, but I have just got a 210ltr one from B&Q for just shy of £30. Now I know that you have to find something to stand it on (breezeblocks have always worked for me) but if you've got the space it might be a better buy.

Actually I've got a 100ltr one and found that if it wasn't on really level ground, it was a bit unstable (sort of top heavy) on that stand.

The thermometer looks worth a punt at 99p though.

Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you are probably right.
