We have plenty of programmes on tv about dodgy companies, naming and shaming them, why can't we have one for customers. I have a customer wanting to go to court, because he is that way inclined. They are out there, so why can't we name and shame them so all the good companies can see their picture and know to avoid them.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

Mickey, I've come across a few like that. On a local level (or within a business) the word seems to get around, but I think the individuals concerned would find a way to get the law on you....
My view is, if someone is known to like 'going to law' just don't do business with him (or her, but all the ones I've come across were male), and there ARE ways of getting that message spread.

In my local plumbers merchant (no names on pack drill) there is a list of names available. Its known as the dirty list, well black list would give the game away.
