  • Raspberry Food

I enjoy eating raspberries plain. What is your favorite dish to make with your raspberries once they come in? I usually eat them as I'm picking them and before I know it there isn't enough for a dish!

Fresh off the canes - BH says he doesn't know why we have raspberries as they never fruit.....

I have them for breakfast with greek yoghurt, blueberries and a few strawbs.

They have to be eaten straight from the cane, warm from the sun. Once picked they lose that magic velvetiness!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one! I just noticed the cooking thread in this forum as well. I'm excited to take a look at what goodies you have made with your gardens.

                Jam!

Had freshly baked croissants yesterday with home made jam.
                Heaven.

Eaton Mess! But then I'd eat anything with Raspberries, they are my absolute fav

(Must be why I have one bed (15ft long) in the back garden, a 20ft long bed along one side of the front garden, and another 10ft bed on the other side!). And I NEVER have enough....

Ours never get home! Once the peas and raspberries are abound, daughter comes along to start stripping the lot

Wild ones get eaten as picked in the woods, if we had them in the garden SOME might get as far as a Pavlova....
