MESSAGE FROM B&Q

Verve 42cm & 52cm Heated Propagator ..... Despite rigorous quality control procedures we have identified a serious safety issue with the Verve 52cm heated propagator which has resulted in a Product safety recall.

In a small number of instances, these products may overheat which is a potential fire risk. If you have purchased one of these propagators please stop using it immediately and return the product to your local B&Q store where a full refund of the purchase price will be given.

i hope is the verve one.... when i went in b&q there were some B&Q brand one and i bought that... i think it work fine considered that i put a termometer inside and gave me always 20-25c.... anyway i think all the stuff that now aree branded verve i don't see a good quality.. even compost

me too sarico. I bought one with a B&Q branded box because I preferred the slidey vent rather than the turny one... hoping I don't have to take it back, it's still full!
