Chilli Day - Forthcoming event in association with Garden Organic

I'm pleased to announce that my project, which teaches 14-19 Therapy Gardening - will be having a stand at Ryton Gardens' Chilli Day on August 18th.

The plants on offer will have been grown by the teenagers involved in the project, we will hopefully have a tutor or two there on the day [pending pre-booked holidays etc], and maybe one or two students - and the seeds for the plants were ones that I received as part of the Chilli Seed Circle 2011 plus my own saved seed of course. The students have sown and transplanted these chillis and peppers - and are currently looking after them at their schools. I will collect them at the end of term and babysit them for the few weeks in between then and the event.

Anyone attending who is a Grape - please drop by and say Hi!

Thanks for the heads up Zaz, highly likely i will come along as im not too far away from coventry.

i will be sure to come and say hello and will keep my fingers crossed for weather as hot as the chillis.
