Thanks Snadger I feel good too & even better since I gave up the fags. I can still do a 20 mile walk as long as there's a pint(or two) involved.I did a 20 mile bike ride this afternoon!(yes beer was consumed)
The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

Cheers guys. I've been 'tuning in' to the vine when I can as I love to read about what's going on. Had a great start to the gardening year thanks to this cracking weather. Now we just need some rain!

I spend eight hours a day here! You don't expect me to work as well, surely?

Is it any wonder I got a migraine by 4pm! I finally got my 'lunch' at 430pm today, absolutely starving and all I could do was to take some ibuprofen!

Mind you, when I get the 2 folks who've applied for the deputy manager's job interviewed and in place it should get a bit easier!

Didn't you consider poking a broom up yer bum, and sweeping the floor as well? Tut tut.
