Sending someone else to 'collect from store' M & S?

Can you do it? I've arranged store collection for Monday, but being a labrat, I can never guarantee hours, so am wondering about sending OH to collect just in case!

It would also be very funny to have him collect a control slip and two bras.

I would think if you sent a copy of the order with OH it would be ok. Pretty sure my OH has collected for me before.

If it's paid for and they take the confirmation and receipt then it shouldn't be a problem. My daughter collected something from John Lewis for me once with no problems.

Yes, most places will allow it as long as you have the reservation name or number. May be worth calling ahead just in case. We have to get other people to collect things for us occassionally too and there never seems to be a problem.

I've just had a dispatch email and they say to take ID, so I'll play safe and collect myself (they say you have 7 days from collection date, so I'll go Tues if I can't go Mon!).
