Actually the only downside to being on here is the lack of time to read the ever increasing pile of mag's properly, skim through & read the odd article seems to be all I have time for at the moment,I blame VC for starting too many threads

Oh VC you can run but you can't hide!

Hope this place stays the same. And yes the techie people do make it all happen even tho we often don't realise the amount of work they put into it.

I don't get the mag, which is probably good since I'm already 'wasting' enough time learning things and having fun!

Personally I think this place is terrible, you never allow the weeds time to self seed, and someone keeps mowing the lawns. My OH is always complaining that my garden is not as well kept as yours.

Cut it out, you wear me out. I never wanted to keep up with the Jones's in the first place.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

I had a poor experience of a medical related forum once (was off sick for 5 years). Couldn't believe the venom of some people (across the board not directed at me personally) but the information I was able to access was invaluable and enabled me to return to work just as I found this forum so I didn't have time to post very often until I finally retired. I was gutted to find I couldn't log on yesterday and thank you to the web designer who was so patient and courteous as we tried and tried again...and eventually succeeded. There are obviously a lot of people here with a lot of knowledge they are willing to share so thank you too everyone.

I had never been on a forum (or really on t'internet) before I got my lottie and found this place. I've got to know and have met a lot of thoroughly nice people (including a mod or three ) and also learnt a hellova lot too ........ In fact so much that t'others at the lottie actually seem to think I know what I'm doing
