My husband says that he is exhausted after Christmas. I'm still trying to figure out why. Was it all the eating? The snoozing, perhaps? Or the sheer physical exertion of changing the tv channel? Maybe it was the going to bed early every night........I have no idea.

I AM exhausted. Mainly because I spent all day at the gardens working and the pleasure of managing to finish the coppicing of the 'hadn't been touched in over 2 years' hazel is tempered by feeling like death warmed up.

Ice cream, bath and bed for me tonight. Brrrr.

And will be missing out on the free Kew tickets for tomorrow. Bummocks.

I'm the idiot who tripped over the cable of my heated seed tray containing my germinating large onion seed scattering compost and tiny seedings all over the greenhouse floor. Nopoint in trying to rescue any because there were two types in the tray and mixed up is no good for the showbench. Did someone say bummocks.

Been a real bummocks of a day all in. Locking wheelnut removal key for my alloy wheels broke. Bought carsecond hand so no numbers or anything to get a replacement and there are over three hundred possible combinations. Volvo didn't factory fit the locking wheel nuts so they have no record. Daren't take the car away from the house in case I have puncture . Double bummocks.

Why doesn't south Wales get any decent suppliers of anything anymore.
There used to be lots of different types of fairs, like books, cd and records, computers, toys and suchlike.
We don't even get bands anymore. You always see big bands playing London, manchester, birmingham and Glasgow, but hardly ever cardiff.

And to top it all the person who ruined cardiff, rodney berman, is to receive an honour in the new years honours list.

Cheers steve, checked them out. Reverse threaded and would normally work but don't if there is a collet in behind. Guess who' se has acollet in behind? . Car into garage this morning for a twnty minute job to remove the studs but it has taken them over two hours. They had to weld a nut on and then use that to remove. Not as easy as the youtube videos
