The new people have moved in opposite. They've got a garage, plus a drive to fit 3 cars.


but they're parking in "our" spot, on the road outside our house.

If it continues, I'm going to park on their drive.

Ebay sellers who tell you that they cannot combine shipping, both pairs of trousers have to be sent separately. Then the trousers arrive and they are in the same parcel £7.00 postage for two pairs of cargo pants is a tad unacceptable if they're sent in the same package.

Buddy, you need to issue a partial postage refund or you're heading for the wrath of my PMT....ok?

Not a minor rant.....

Two radio DJs who have directly caused the death of a nurse as the result of prank. She has taken her own life, probably in fear of recrimination, leaving a husband and two young children. They should be tried for manslaughter.

My heart goes out to her family.

I agree, she has died at their hand. Two young children will forever have a miserable time at Christmas. A husband will be left with the horrendous task of breaking that news to his children, whilst bringing them up single handedly and on one wage. Two parents will forever mourn the shortened life of a longed for daughter. Cruel cruel cruel!

Battery on my car just dying... no warning...no tell-tale sign...no kiss goodbye, just dead!
(does so happen that i was at my mates garage having a new exhaust put on after i lost the last one on the beach, what a place to break down! lol)
New battery tomorrow, £26 +vat - this one better last 12yrs like the old one!

Bean weevil. Going tough seeds from a seed swap and two paper bags had wee holes in them. Open up the bags and hey presto bl**dy weevils. Now squished.

Yeah, I was saying to VVG that's why I put all my beans into plastic bags, so that I can see them if they do appear - just in case.

Not being able to find the rant thread - what's wrong with you people? Can't you whinge some more so that it stays on the first page of New Posts

Previous whinge - Sea of vomit. Daughter started vomiting last night. Lovely. Stack of washing now, little water since the pumpsite needs remodelling after the last rain. And she's still going this morning. Just lovely.
And yes, it would be Pony Club day today, and the float would be attached to the car, and the only thiing not yet packed - the horse who WILL go in, but now doesn't need to. Great. I'd say better luck next year, but I'm not in the mood to be philosophical yet.

Oh and you know who will have this next? On that training day that I've spent a month organising!

Really sore throat, for nearly 3 weeks, bad in the morning, gets better in the day, gets worse in the evening, terrible all night- for nearly three weeks!

If it still hurts on monday i'm going to the doc

Do not bid on stuff if you are not prepared the pay postage at Royal Mail rates. I only charge postage at cost, plus the Recorded Delivery rate. I can't make Royal Mail charge any less and I am not sending stuff out to you, or anyone else, unless it is recorded delivery. Of course, if you'd like to haggle with them, feel free.......................twonk.

My neighbour's wee daughter has just brought round my Homemaker magazine, delivered to their house by mistake. Nothing wrong there, except they've opened the bag and read the magazine. If that wasn't cheeky enough the young 'un has just popped back round with the sourcebook that goes with the mag. Bleddy cheek.....

Next time I take in clothes from Next for you, maybe I ought to wear them before bringing them round.......(yeah, ok, they'd be a bit big, but still.....)
