no need hehe i found an old Very Un loved car park surrounded by it hehe Shhh i shall say no more my dad saw a group of about 5 people on the A15 on sat totally striping some elder trees

Our house has lovely smell of elderflower and lemons at the moment as I have just set it to steep into cordial from the flowers we picked after work tonight - loads on the go so I can use some as pressies

we made elderflower cordial just over a week ago .... the mother in law came over at the weekend and had some ... she said it was lovely .... she went to sainsburys to buy some, said sainsburys one was nowhere near as nice as ours!
i'll be off to pick some more elderflowers tomorrow afternoon ....Comment

I'm picking some tomorrow night from a nearby industrial estate, on a side road thast doesn't get much traffic so the blooms won't be covered in road fumes.
Planning to make Elderflower champagne!!

I really don't like elderflower except to look at - but I do like elderberries. I have never noticed until this year that there is a tree in the garden of a bungalow nearby in full flower, so I might be asking if I can have the berries.Granny on the Game in SheffieldComment
