I'm still drinking last years cordial, I know some say it only lasts a couple of months...poppycock, it last for ever.
This years batch is under my desk ready to bottle this weekend, there is nothing quite like the smell of it, its just a shame that people don't give me the bottles back when they've finished with them, at £2 from that scandinavian homewares outlet, they are too expensive to not get back. (I'm a cardi, don't you know.)
Every year I end up buying at least another dozen...small tip do not follow HFW's new recipe for champagne he's reduced the sugar content so that it doesn't explode, and I have it on good authority that its yucky.I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
