Wow, I've spent the last twenty minutes reading this, its fascinating.

I didn't know how to use the plus or minus, when searching, to be honest I very rarely do use it, as the responses confused me. I didn't know how to insert a link to another thread either, personally I've always found that everyone on hear is both very helpful and lovely.

Now can we retitle the thread to helpful ways to use the search thread?

This search got me back to 19 pages of threads with the word plants in.

Very few do know that you can PM yourself,but when I used to be an Admin I was forever sending myself "memory aids" of useful posts,generally just as a permalink number,click on it in the PM & it auto redirects to the post in question (& thus the thread).

OOOOHHH . I just did that (clicked on the number of the post ^^^^^ which is " # 94" and PMd it to myself!!! Its a miracle
