Have you also looked at Clee Tompkinson and Francis/and Bob Jones Prythych/ down that way. They generally carry the properties which have land.
I'm always looking at properties that way, are you sure we aren't twins?
Personally I'm now looking for approx 30 acres, with a private spring, good flat land, a series of outbuildings/barns, and not too far from main routes and a village community. (I don't want much!!), oh and its gotta be dirt cheap....

Well. I just spent about 15mins writing out a massive reply, then realised I gave away too much about my life/plans so nipped it in the bud.
I think I could get away with 10 acres for my plans, infact make it 15. er no, wait 20. hmm. ok, 30.
