Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the snugs find it delightful,
the beans are on a go slow
Flippin' grow, flippin' grow , flippin' grow!

It doesn't show signs of stopping,
my corns never gonna be popping,
The grass is too wet to mow,
flippin' grow, flippin' grow, flippin' grow!

    Well my wellies aren't watertight
and I hate going out in the storm!
But I need to put up a fight
against blight, cut off the haulms.

    The onions are slowly rotting,
But I'm still gonna grow my owning,
    plenty more seeds to sow,
Flippin' grow, flippin' grow ,flippin grow!

Binley, never mind selling jam, you're missing a trick with your song lyrics! Get 'em sent to The Wurzels and see if they can make a comeback.

              Please Sun come out
              And sky turn blue
              And dry the soil
              That feels like glue,
But its raining, raining here since March.
              Oh misery, miser-eee,
What sort of a crop will there be.....
I tell myself slugholes won't show
And very soon, the beans will grow,
But its raining, raining here since March........

                Muddy summer happened so fast
Grew some crops but they didn't last
Grew a cuc sweet as can be
Guess what won't have it for tea.

                Muddy days floating away
                But, oh!
                Those bladdy snugs.

                * sung to the tune of summer days, Olivia neutron bomb & the guy.

"Fork on" - dedicated to tomato growers everywhere.

When you fork in a storm
                  Hold your truss up high
And don't be afraid of the slugs.
At the end of the storm
                  There's a pitch black sky
And the plots are awash with the floods.

                  Fork on through the wind
                  Fork on through the rain
Though your flowers be tossed and blown
Fork on, Fork on with hoe in your hand
And you'll see what you have grown.
Fork on, Fork on with hope in your heart
With the Vine you're not alone

                    I can't get no Veggie's to grow,
No matter how many seed's I sow,
How I tried and I tried,
And I tried and I tried,
                    I can't get no veggie's to grow,
                    No,no.no,
                    No,no.no,
                    I can't get no veggie's to grow.
