It's that time of year again......

for our annual open day . We're going for bigger and better (hopefully) ........
So if any of you grapes are within distance and fancy a nosey round some other plots then please come and pay us a visit.
London Road Allotments Humber Road, Coventry
Sat 18th August 11am- 3pm
There'll be.........
hotdogs, plougmans lunches and cream teas
Produce, preserves cakes
Amusements ......test your strength etc
crafts.......long bow maker, wood turner, knotting and weaving
things for the kids, face painting , story telling ....
firemen.....
vote for the best scarecrow ......

oh and did I mention the firemen ...

Tis a nice day out I went last year,about 70 miles each way but well worth it,although I saw no mention of the giant buns this time
