  • ooohh where to start,
    1. the allotment especially when the sheep are in the next field and come to say hello (well 'Baa')
    2. Seeing the three children asleep, (they just look like angels in slumber - and don't answer back!!)

      Twenty rolls of Laura Ashley 'Stella' wallpaper for £50......one of my favourite designs, I have it in the livingroom, now it's going to be in the hall and on the landing. Deep cream with tiny gold stars! Off to collect it in a minute.

      • Climbed the local hill to watch the sun rise today over frost sparkled fields, had the luck to see the peregrine that lives on the quarry face back of the hill climbing on the thermals, then walking down the hedge coming home, a sparrowhawk zipped along it just above my head, think she was as startled as me, saw her really close up. Magic!

                      • Having a hot house - for the first time since September when the boiler was removed for a rebuild. Have been struggling along with the woodburner and an oil heater since then. Every day is a little closer to completion

                            • A hot air balloon this morning. Weather and financial climate means we've not seen many this year.

                              And

                              Getting a bit of junk mail from a clothes store that had women modelling lingerie who were all normal sizes with curves and everything. Very refreshing.
