More Happy things for today - the big camellia has its first flowers - its usually in flower before Chr***mas and lasts 'til Easter
Molehills - lots of them - with some very rich soil that I'm going to collect up for my potting mix. Thank you Mr Mole - just stay away from the lawn

I was very despondent over the last couple of months because i though I was losing my growing area for sure this coming year.
I emptied the area of all my bits and pieces, gave the wood to anice couple with a woodburner, got rid fo all the pieces I'd accumulated 'just in case'
Now I find out on New Years Eve I do in fact get to keep the area for another year!!!
So yayyy!!!!
And now it's all clean and shiny new because I've given everything away [including my water butts...booo]...yayyy!!!

Retrieved most of my files from my crashed poota once I finally got it updated enough to talk to all the other programs out there in the cloud. Couldn't retrieve passwords and log-ins and addresses though, nor the file I made with non-sensitive passwords and log-ins. Gonna keep tree-ware copies from now on

Happiness is a glass of Pastis, all cloudy with water. Je t'aime un petit Ricard!

But you sooooo need sunshine to drink it. Sitting here in the living-room on a cold Winter day is just not right.
