  • Picked up a 1932 & a 1941 Kelly's Directory of Nottinghamshire @ £30 each.

    As the normal going rate is over £80 each I think I had to shout about it.
    And they are in very good condition.

    • Spending a great day out with a chum just mulling over plants and buying a few too. Followed by oily bath and Mr VVG offering to cook pasta. Making my mum's day with hellebores and snowdrops - rare ones!

                  • Finding a lovely holiday destination, on recommendation, via a social networking site. Someone has put a lot of graft into their place, and it looks divine.

                    (Will have to get that thread started for inter-linking websites...)

                      Chum had gone home by the time of the oily bath - just in case anyone was wondering

                          • A very large round bale of grassy hay............without any chemicals. Hard to find, but lovely to have. Hope they are like birthdays.............many more to come.
