  • Surprise phone call leading to a walk to the village hall for the book & produce sale - leading to me being told to sit and stay (like a dog because I was just too bouncy) then Roll over and I'll tickle your tum - which, of course I did.
Coming back home to the smell of freshly baked bread with a plate of cake; the sun being warm enough to have lunch in the garden. I knew this was going to be good day

        • I just LOVE that ad on the telly, the dancing pony, it makes me smile every time I see it.

Also I am just soooo happy to be feeling well. This time last year i'd just finished having chemo and had an op and had no hair and radiotherapy ahead of me. Now I can brush my hair again. And I have lots of energy! It is wonderful!

                              • 1. After a very frosty start, it warmed up enough to sit in the garden for lunch
                                2. A good few hours of bramble clearance on the steps
                                3. Walking on the beach until 6 and its still light
                                4. Waving to trains and people waving back
                                5. Finding a smiley face drawn in the sand and drawing another alongside
                                6. Watching the sunset behind the castle

I'm a very happy chicken again
